RETURNS: Custom orders may not be returned. If you find your piece to be defective, please get in touch with us, and we will gladly work with you to have your piece meet your needs.
REPAIRS: We are happy to fix anything that came undone and will accept repairs within one year of purchase. Shipping fees will apply. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
SHIP WINDOWS: All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within the shipping window specified on its respective product page, and all shipping windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different ship windows, and all ship windows specified are estimates only. While we aim to ship your order within the stated shipping windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. Orders for Multiple Pieces With Different Ship Windows: If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different shipping windows, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated shipping window of all items in your order. If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at support@yarasophia.com for special shipping arrangements.
